This adds a function to load the Snake Eyes dataset.
This is a dataset with one 1 million artificial 20x20 images, intended as an alternative to MNIST or CIFAR-10. It is also intended more for research on topics such as manifold learning than general object classification. This dataset is featured on Kaggle and available at https://www.kaggle.com/nicw102168/snake-eyes/home and https://github.com/nlw0/snake-eyes.
The code is largely based on the Fashion-MNIST dataset and the mnist_cnn example.
